About us

Hygeia Group manufactures and markets a range of Agricultural, Veterinary, and Gardening products in both the Irish and UK market.

The company was founded in 1939 in Galway City by Dr. Donny Coyle. His mission was to create quality agro-chemicals and home garden products for the Irish market. He succeeded in that goal and now over 80 years later, the company is still growing in Ireland with Agrichem being a subsidiary in the UK which specialises in seed treatments to the agricultural sector. Innovation, quality and excellence are Hygeia core values. The company is constantly creating and developing new products to satisfy the consumer.
